I bought a phone on ebay and now I'm seeing on paypal that confirm receipt button. When I clicked on it I saw that I am being asked to confirm when I receive the item.

Is this a new thing? And should I do something with it, I don't know if the seller received my payment, cause she doesn't want to answer me, so don't know what should I do, or I should just ignore it and wait for my item to come
