Paypal Debt Card Question!?
I want to make a paypal account to create an ebay account . I have a debt card, but I'm well aware that you need to be 18 to join and be able to spend freely. So, here's my question. If I sign up for paypal using my debt card, and a fake age will I be able to fully access all of the buying and selling features of paypal to create an ebay account that doesn't lock my cash?

You can't use fake age, coz if you link your debit card with pay pal account to make transaction in ebay, PayPal will verify your age with bank.
Instead you can try to open an smart connect PayPal credit card after openning your ebay account. And send paypals credit card bill like regular credit card.
It might work.
