PayPal to Bank Transfer?
I got some money via PayPal from a cousin, so I opened an account, added bank account and right away transferred $700 (limit before verifying bank account). So that way on the 13th 9PM, 24h later that status changed to COMPLETED. So Thursday, Friday, Monday..still nothing in my bank account, should I worry?

No, you shouldn't worry. You said that you transferred at 9pm on Thursday and that it showed completed 24 hours later, which was 9pm on Friday (after the close of the business day). It usually takes 3 or 4 business days for the money to show up.
In my case, USUALLY, if it says completed BEFORE 5PM on one business day I'd see money in my account after 5PM the next business day, but that seems pretty fast according to a lot of stories I heard
