If Laozi was born in 600 B.C. how old would he be now? Where did he live? If these questions are answered I would be greatly thankful.

I assume you mean Lao-Tse. We don't even know if he was a real person. Anyway, if he was born in 600 BC (uncertain, for reasons already given) then he would be roughly 2600 years old today. Again, nobody really knows where he lived, if he was even real, other than that it would be somewhere in modern China.
