I have used it three times. I am on the normal birth control pill, but there are three instances where I was ill and vomited after taking it, and had recently had sex, so it was a bit dodgy and there was a possibility I wasnt fully protected.
So I took Plan B.
The first time was totally fine, I had no side effects at all. The second time, it made me feel violently ill within an hour of taking it (nauseaous, severe headache). I almost vomitted it back up. But I had some dried ginger and that helped the nausea enough for me to keep it down. The third time was the same as the first...and I didnt get pregnant!!
Some women have to be prescribed anti nausea pills so that they can keep Plan B in their stomach long enough for it to be absorbed. Others will have no problems.
you might use it? did you have unprotected sex within the last 72 hours? if so, take it! the sooner the better! i used it, and didn't have any side effects (married, condom broke). just do it, and be more careful next time.

Are you asking the question for the future? If so, why don't you just use birth control and not have to worry about it at all?

I hope this helped you understand it.
Take the first tablet as soon as possible within 3 days (72 hours) after unprotected sex.
Take the second tablet 12 hours after you take the first tablet.
That’s it. When you take Plan B® as directed, you reduce your risk for pregnancy by up to 89%. And the sooner you take it, the more effective it is.
Some women may have their period earlier or later than their normal cycle. If your menstrual cycle is delayed more than one week, you may be pregnant.

I've used it b4 and the only side effect that I had was a little cramping. It wasn't bad at all. (But everyone is different)
