Plato's Closet?!! :)?
ok well i m13 and im going to Plato's Closet tommorw and idk what to expect i usually shop at the mall but my mom convinced me to just give it a try so we are going tommorw on sunday. so here are my Q's
1.) do they have good like spring jackets that arent thick?
2.) do they have stuff from pink? ( i have 3 pink yoga pants and i love them! but they are expensive!)
3.) do they have Vera Bradley bags like totes and hipsters?
4.) what kind of shoes do they have? cute ones or no?
5.) how much can a picky person get from their actually
6.) is it actually considered like a thrift store..... or is their stuff cute?
7.)what was your first TRUe impression?

5. I'm a very picky person. When I went in, I didn't come out with shxt.
6. It is considered like a thrift store. And just because it's a thrift store, doesn't mean that you can't find cute things to wear. It's how you wear things, not about the price tag.
7. The store isn't for me. To me, it's a store for people who are comfortable dressing in anything and for those that dnt have a particular style.

2. Sometimes. It's a thrift store, they aren't going to get the SAME brands all the time. It varies.

4.You might be able to find some cute shoes, but make sure to look inside and on the bottom part of the shoe. If it looks worn out or discolored, I wouldn't buy it. Also, if you do buy a pair of shoes, regardless of their condition or how they look(Even if they look brand new.), please wash them. You don't know how many people have tried them on before.
5.I'm a very picky person, and I love it. They have SO much to choose from!
6.I would call it more of a resale shop. People come in to sell their old clothes. Cute? Yes, well a lot of it anyways. They only take designer clothes and from places like Forever 21 and H&M. And they keep up with the trends. I disagree with the other person. They have so many styles in there. Whether you like girly, boyish, vintage, scene/emo, edgy, hipster, whatever. I dress girly-vintagy with a bit of edgy(think lace and leather with bunches of "bling"), and like I said...I LOVE it!
7.I was kind of unsure about it at first. I mean, I was expecting to walk in and find a big store filled with nothing but ugly, dirty, worn and torn clothes. But I was completely wrong. I love it there!
I still prefer the mall though, but Plato's is still amazing!
Also, what do you mean by considered a thrift store? I love thrift stores. You might have to dig a bit, to find something but...I found a vintage CHANEL cuff at this place near me.
