My camera is a 10 mega pixel HD 1920 x 1080 if that's going to help..:/

I import the video in Adobe Pro but when I click play it doesn't play smoothly it will show a frame then jump to another.

I know that doesn't sound very clear but if anyone can help I would be very very very grateful:)
