I received a letter stating that my financial aid was being suspended because I reached the maximum amount of semesters allowed. I am writing an appeal letter because of that. Please proof read the letter below that I am sending to the Financial Aid Appeals Committee. Thanks
I, _______________, am a regular student of Cumberland County Community College. The intent of this letter is to appeal my suspension of financial aid. I took the admission in this college in September 2011. I applied for the financial aid on account of inability to my pay the college fees. I have maintained an A average since attending Cumberland County Community College.
I am a single mother working a second shift job in order to provide for my family. As a result of my work schedule I was unable to take some of the classes required for graduation because they conflicted with my work schedule. As of now I only need 6 classes to graduate in May 2013. I plan on taking two of those classes during the 2012 Winter session and the remaining four classes in the Spring 2013 semester. I am asking that you consider extending my financial aid through Spring 2013. I will be able to complete my courses only if I you grant me the help once again. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Sincerely yours,

The sentence below is awkward and not clear.
I applied for the financial aid on account of inability to my pay the college fees.
"on account of"-just sounds awful and frankly uneducated, it is ok to use the word "because" or "as a result of" if you are trying to sound formal. Freankly, I don't think this sentence is really necessary, it is obvious why a person is applying for aid and I suggest just dropping it all together. In the next line you describe your difficulty in paying the fees. I would move the sentence "I have maintained.." in front of the sentence "As of now.." It is a good letter! Good luck.
PS> Also there is a typo in the second to last sentence.
Your appeal will NOT be granted.
REASONS YOU CAN NOT APPEAL FINANCIAL AID SUSPENSION:
- need for financial aid or lack of knowledge that your aid was in jeopardy
- unfair/incorrect grade for a class or improper advising
- living situation is not conducive for academic success
- childcare or daycare problems
- transportation issues
- problems with web based or independent learning classes
- work related issues

Once you get to the maximum number of semesters allowed, they cannot grant your appeal as the number of semesters is set by law.
Apart from comments already submitted
"I will be able to complete my courses only if I you grant me the help once again"
Need to delete the "I" between if and you
