Neither major will lead to a job in the US. Both will prepare you for law school, although law schools do not want to see more than one or two undergraduate "law" classes on your transcript and the ones they want to see are Constitutional Law.
Political technology is the actual study of ways governments function appropriate. Politics is only the rhetoric of politics. you're extra constructive-off getting a level in Poli Sci, we want politicians that surely understand the function and performance of gov't.
