OTHER than sleep -- I take a bit of time, find a quiet place to sit and reflect --
Go to a nature park and watch NATURE at its finest --
Take the time to have a cup of Herbal Tea, Flavored Coffee, whatever -- sip and enjoy!
Draw, Sketch, Photograph -- read a book -- do whatever YOU enjoy (even if it is for as little as a couple of minutes).
The whole idea here is to find SOME TIME/SPACE for yourSELF -- to center your thoughts, and to just find a little PEACE. THAT is how I restore energy in the middle of a very busy day
(and if you can take a little nap to -- so be it!)
feeling drained is the effect you feel when your bodys sugar level is below the norm. you may feel tired and everything is too much effort, or you may feel weak and dizzy. the best thing to do is to eat and drink something excessively sugary such as lucozade and a mars bar, then go to sleep or rest for a while. this will give your body chance to absorb the sugar, and convert it to energy. (i.e your body needs sugar, to convert the glucose to energy, and rest to make and store the energy). near enough anything sugary should work. hope you feel well soon! =]
I plug myself into the Mains & put my Batteries on Charge when I am feeling run down ! After an Overnight Charge I wake up feeling much better the next morning !

Lucozade if i'm at work and sleep isn't possible, otherwise, sleep is the best cure.
