OOF, this winter i didn't exercise once, and i have a gym in my basement. My excuse was it is too cold down there
Usually 3-4 times a week.
i strength train 4-5 times a week for 2-3 hours and have runs for about 25-30 minutes [3-4 miles] 3 times a week. i really have to adjust my diet, i just got back from spring break and my diet is in ruins lol
Usually 5 times a week. I run for about 40-60mins each time. I swear I will be fit one day!!
5 days a week
I actually work out 3 days and run 1 day.
6 days a week on average
at 2 times a week, up to 4 times a week depending on how much time I have.
I exercise all over the body
I'm ashamed to say that I almost never exercise.
