Even if you were arrested, they'd let you go pretty quick. Frankly they are far more concerned about who is creating and distributing child porn, not as much as the people watching it.

No you can't and often girls 'look' underage in porn . It's called teen porn and thats the gimmick behind it . All the females are at least 18. High School girl age because thats when women look the best to men
