postal question?? please read?
i ordered a small package on the 12th and payed for 2 days shipping the website said it would be shipped within 24 hours after it was processed and its coming with USPS so i think its coming with regular mail? i have no info on where it is so i turn to you when should i expect it b.c now it is the 15th and 10 pm it didnt come today.
Update:no tracking number just an order id number that was it :(

Depending if the company actually did ship it within 24 hours. And also when in the day you ordered it from them. Lets say they gave it to the PO on the morning of the 14th. With 2 day it will most likely go by air, depending on the distance. You should have it by Saturday. With 2 day the PO doesn't deliver on Sunday so it could be Monday. Depends on when they got it into their system. With the order ID {from the company I assume} you should be able to perhaps see when they actually got it to the PO. The PO moves mail 24/7/365. They do not close for any holidays. Accept for window/carrier or office functions. Mail is processed daily. Most packages are processed on a SPBS {small parcel bundle system machine} Some mail processed on Saturday night or Sunday is staged for delivery or final processing on Sunday night for Monday delivery.

Wow it would seem I know allot about the PO, wonder why? I've worked both carrier side and now in maintenance on the machines that move it. 24/7/365. I have worked Christmas eve, Christmas day, New years Eve. Also every other Holiday there is. We never shut down.
Where I live they still deliver on Saturday and you could still get it.
Did they provide you with a tracking number? ( you can get status on the USPS site ).
