We have inventory at work on Monday, and I need to come up with a dish to sign up for by tomorrow. The only problem is, I'm with the morning crew, and two people have already signed up for coffee, donuts, and an egg-sausage-potato casserole. What's left? I was thinking this stuffed french toast dish my mom makes, but I need some more ideas. It needs to feed around 7 people. Thanks!

Sausage Biscuit Casserole
3 packets of Country Gravy mix
1-2 pounds of country sausage
10-15 biscuits
13x9 casserole dish
Cook the sausage like you are making ground beef, (drain the fat well)
Make gravy separately
Make biscuits then place them in rows on the casserole dish.
Mix the gravy and sausage together and pour over the biscuits right before you go to work.
It's easy and it's good!!!! I think the more sausage there is the more better!
Homemade breakfast burritos with picante. You will need shredded cheddar 1 bag, 1 roll pork sausage, 10 flour tortillas, picante sauce, 1 dozen eggs, 4 T butter, 1 small diced white onion, 1 4 ounce can diced green chili's. Brown crumbled pork and drain. Add butter to skillet and 1 small diced onion to skillet. Cook until translucent over medium heat. About 5 minutes. Place 1 dozen lightly beaten eggs and can of diced green Chile's into skillet with onions and cook over medium heat until cooked through. Add sausage and combine. Place 2 to 3 T meat and egg mixture into each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese and a spoonful of picante sauce. Roll up. Place in baker. Bake at 325 covered for 20 minutes. Once at work can be heated in microwave individually for 1 to 2 minutes.
If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMS3q
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
Cheesy Sausage-Bacon Brunch
1 lb sliced bacon
1/2 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over low heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon; set aside. Cook sausage using same pan.
2. Sprinkle sausage in baking dish. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended; pour over sausage. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
3. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
You can make these the night before (so the rolls can rise) and bake in the morning (while your getting ready for work):
STICKY BUNS
INGREDIENTS:
1 -1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (I used walnuts)
24 frozen dinner rolls (I used Rhodes)
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (I used sugar-free instant)
1 stick butter (melted)
1 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 tbls. cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Lightly butter (wipe with paper towel) a 9" x 13"baking pan (I
used a glass Lasagna dish)
Spread nuts evenly over bottom of pan, place rolls on top. (4
across and 6 the long ways)
Sprinkle the `dry' pudding mix over rolls & nuts.
Combine the melted butter, brown sugar & cinnamon and drizzle
over buns.
Place waxed paper (that has been lightly sprayed with cooking
spray & excess wiped away with paper towel) over top. Let rise
overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until browned.
(Second time I made these, I doubled sugar, butter, & cinnamon!)
1. 7 Layer Dip with tortilla chips (do in glass bowl so layers can be seen) 2. Pineapple salsa 3. 3 bean salad
I'm gonna say what I would probably do...stop at a donut shop and get a dozen kolaches! $12. Easy as pie :)
Fresh fruit
Overnight french toast is great, you make it the night before and bake it while you are getting dressed in the morning!
