This is it please explain and HELP Im confused like are you supposed to round the decimals or what and than what please answer thank you so much yahoo answers! =)

These decimals are short enough that you don't really need to round them, unless your teacher instructed you to.

-.59 = y + 0.31 Subtract 0.31 from both sides
-.9 = y
(202)
-4.2x = 67.2 Divide both sides by -4.2
x = 16
(203)
3a - 22.4 = 10 This one is two steps. First, add 22.4 to both sides.
3a = 32.4 Now, divide both sides by 3
a = 10.8
