For the vertices I got (0,-7) ,(0,7)
Foci (0,-3sqrt265), (0,3squrt265)
Eccentricity (3sqrt265/7)
I know I got the foci and eccentricity wrong.

Standard form of the ellipse: x²/4 + y²/ 49 = 1
Your vertices are correct!
c² = a² - b²
c² = 49-4 = 45
c = √45 = 3√5, therefore foci are (0, 3√5) and (0, -3√5)
Eccentricity = c/a = 3√5/7
