pre-paid phones...???
ok so i was thinking about getting a pre-paid phone..I have a couple questions..WHAT CARRIER HAS THE BEST SERVICE AND/OR PHONES FOR PRE-PAID.?
WHAT IS THE BEST PLAN TO GET??

Update:oh yea one more thing..can any phone be a pre paid one but you have to activate it??

no each company has there own for and their own plan i have atand t and have had for years and have really good luck with them and you can refill it online on their site or any local walmart
