It is in the process of being foreclosed awaiting a court hearing and sign off by a judge.
This means that the mortgage is past due, a notice of intent to foreclose has been sent. The complaint has not yet been filed in Court. At least as of the date of that notice. Generally a complaint is filed 30 days after the notice of intent to foreclose is sent. You should note that this is a condominium lien. It is unlikely that the property is owned free and clear of other liens and the mortgage company will either pay the condominium lien or foreclose its own lien or both. Either way, the property is still subject to any pre-existing or superior liens.
