Hi, I think I have a Pregnancy phobia?! The thought of a body growing within another body feeding off my nutrients, my Iron,Calcium etc and urinating and defecating within my body horrifies me. The thought of the pain of Childbirth and the responsibilities doesn't bother me at all and I think Children are the most beautiful and innocent beings in this world, infact I'm joining an anti-abortion march this Saturday...So what is wrong with me?

you have a psych problem, and you can see a therapist to help you get over your fear.
you literally have a fear of pregnancy, other people have it too. seening a psychologist is the best answer. or you can try thinking postive or just think it will be over in 9ish months.
i hope you find peace with yourself.
:)
I dont mean anything I said in a rude way.
Why don't you go and talk to someone that can really help you? There has got to be something in your past or something that has made you feel this way? Don't forget that people are scared about things that seem silly to others but not to them like me i can't stand feet gross lol. You will not get told that you are being silly, this effects more women then you may think. Talk to your doctor and you partner and they will help you through this. If you don't and you end up pregnant without talking it through you could end up not loving your baby or your partner, Good luck with it all i hope you get it all sorted
Growing a baby inside of your isn't as gross as you might think. They don't pee and poop the same as when they're eating food and 1 year old. I think you just have a lack of education as to the development and process a fetus goes through while it's in utero. If you're really so grossed out by it, just don't ever have kids. I never felt so alive as when I was carrying, and giving birth to my daughter. It's a beautiful thing, everything about it.
Honestly, if you truly find it disturbing you should seek professional help. It is not a natural aversion.
I have a phobia of needles and I know the sensation, you realize it's weird to be as irrationally fearful as you are of something. There are places and people to help.
Good Luck.
Fear usually comes with the unknown. Here are some information that might help you relieve some of the fear that you feel. http://www.slideshare.net/alexameyer/olivia-johnst...
You're letting worries and fears run away with you. That's all.
don't think of the baby as defecating you...you're thinking of it negatively. instead, think of you nourishing the baby.
sounds like an issue, you should see a therapist.
