Your uterus/stomach will never be the same. Also your breasts will never be the same. With proper exercise and diet you can pretty much look like before, you yourself can tell there will be differences.
you can expect your body to go back to normal. It does however take time and effort. There will be stretch marks but there is a lotion for that. After the baby you do need to chill for about 4 weeks to get your body back on track. But have no fear the baby fat will go away.
more than likely your body will not go back to exactly how it was before. you could end up with stretch marks and it can take a while to lose all the baby weight. but with exercise is should come off in time. and remember that what you got out of all this is a beautiful baby. :)
Nope. I am a whole lot fatter. Stretch marks never go away, they just get lighter. You can expect to work your butt off to get back to the way you were. I just don't try hard enough. Oh, and if your feet got bigger, they might not go back.

It helps if you breastfeed your baby after the birth. Breastfeeding helps your uterus shrink back to it's previous size more quickly.
