pregnant, marriage, and divorce question?
My friend is married and pregnant. Well, she is pregnant and she is married to this guy and she wants a divorce because she is in love with her other kids father. And now she wants to get a divorce. But, she told me that she can't get a divorce because she is married while being pregnant. And she also said it's the rule of Arkansas that you can't get a divorce while your pregnant. I think it's crazy....
And I was also wondering if there is a website out there and tells you the rules of states or at least a website thats lets me if it's true or not. Because I think it's not.

your friend is a liar, ARKANSAS has no law like that, i lived there for 6 yr's, sure proves she is redneck liar. seems she can get a divorce if she really wants too. seems she likes drama. when i was in ark 2002- 2008 there is no law like that, i know i married a ca boy there, then he ran off with another woman. your friend needs help in the mental health department.
She can call the second district court of the county she lives in and ask them that question. They are the ones that handle the divorce crap.
there might be some sort of bylaw.but now a days I'm sure she can still get divorced.as for the laws,not rules as you ask ,like i said I'm sure she can.she is just hearing crap from people who don't actually know.
