When you are teaching the color blue, as a class, go on a blue treasure hunt around the room and look for blue objects. Maybe you want each student to find one blue object. You might even bring in some special blue objects and hide them around the room. See how many objects the class can collect. Then, at circle, make a list of blue things that have been found and write them on the board or a sheet of paper. If you need to add more things to your list ask the kids to come up with some other things that are blue.
Use blue paint mixed with a little white paint, a little red, a little green and so on to make different shades of blue that the preschoolers can paint with. Have your list of blue things available so that your preschoolers have some ideas of what they can be painting. You could have them draw one or two blue things in more detail or have them add as many blue things to their picture as they can fit. You could also use some large sheets of paper and paint a picture together as a class.
Sing songs about the color blue. Little boy blue is a good song to teach when learning about the color blue.
Have blue snacks such as blueberries, blue popsicles, blue fruit snacks, blueberry muffins, etc.
Have a blue day, where everyone wears something blue. Have some extra blue bracelets, shirts, hats or other clothing ready for those kids who forget!

I'd have them make ornaments (cut out circles glue or tape paperclips to the back) since Christmas is coming, but not sure if your school would allow that.
