As to the military insurance answer, please give a link because I have never heard that. I live with a guy that retired from the Air Force after 20 years and he has said nothing whatsoever like that. You would think a military person would know. I do know that Obama has actually met casualties as they come in from Iraq or Afganistan. I doubt seriously that Bush ever did anything like that.

He wants to take away the funding for paying insurance on Military Personals. He says "They volunteered. They knew the risks when they signed up." Yeah, seriously? They volunteered, but it doesn't mean they WANT to get shot. They need all the support they can get. Constructions workers could fall off a roof and get hurt, yet they still have insurance. They also knew the risks. And office worker could trip over a filing cabinet sticking out, yet they still have insurance. So tell me, what makes joining the army any different? Why can't they get insurance like everyone else?
