We have a HUGE sound problem at my church and I did a little bit of research to see what we could do to fix it, without using anytype of funds.
Heres a few specs on the sound system we use:

This is based on the one located in Atlanta.
Okay. Heres what they have done to somewhat "fix" the sound problem. They have outlined the railing for the choir area with 6 of the JF80z model type to make up for the failure of the KF730 set, which hands directly over the stand.
My question is, since they both use Neutrik NL4 Speakon connections, would it be better/possible even, to connect the KF730's to the port where they currently have the JF80z plugged in? Reason being, the JF80z isn't used to cover such long distances, and we just aren't able to hear jack crap.
Please, if you know anything, or know anyone who knows anything, please help!
Thanks in advance.

You cannot do that. The JF80's are full range speakers. The KF730's need a speaker processor and a separate amp channel for every driver. It will not work. You REALLY need to call the company that installed the system originally. The KF730 line array system needs to be set up and troubleshot by someone who has worked with that type of system before.
Your JF80's will not work well on their own as you can see - those speakers are designed to fill in under the balcony and the back of the room only. If you are in a pinch, get two more big speakers on stands at the front of the room until you can get your EAW's fixed.
If you live anywhere near the state of CT, I could come to the church and help out for free. I know that is a long shot but I have helped many churches through Yahoo Answers.
