After an antibiotic regiment, and that you given it some time to work through your system, you should only really need to take it once.
You want the antibiotics to have a chance to work its way out of your system so to not kill any bacteria you put into your body, ie. probiotics. Once you put the probiotics back in your system there is really no need to keep doing it. Nature takes is course. Remember you are talking about potentially billions, and at the rate that bacteria multiply, there really is no need to continue taking more.

the probiotic is more concentrated than yogurt. If someone in my family has an anti-biotic we go on a 30 day probiotic regimen.
