I bought the movie Carrie (1976) from Amazon used.

My problem is that the movie refuses to play on my DvD player and laptop, however it will play the movie on my Playstation 3, just not any special features.

Besides being used, what are some of the probable causes of this movie's malfuntion? Is there a way to solve this?
