Okay, firstly, you gotta have confidence. Second, if you complain about NOT having a boyfriend that's gonna put them off of you even more. Are you friends with guys? If not there is an issue there. Are you friends with guys you like? Because that could also be an issue but could also help. Find a guy you like, and GENUINLY like and get to know him and see what happens. Being single isn't a bad thing you know. It can be a good thing. Just have fun, you don't have to have a boyfriend because everyone else does. And it doesn't matter if you're ugly or pretty, it matters what you are like as a person.

Your not ugly at all. Your problem is probably that your too shy. You need to learn how to open up to people. Also, and I might be wrong about this, but some people might not like your attitude. It's just when you say uglier people have boyfriends you kind of sound like you think your better than them somehow. Like I said I could be way off here. I don't really know if that's how you think or not because I don't you but that's how it came across to me.

Your 14, boyfriends should be the least of your problems and when you get them you'll most probably want to get rid of them. Who cares if other people are in relationships, its just one less problem you have to deal with. No your not ugly, you need to be more confident.
