Problems with labia minora?

My labia minora are annoying. I'm always having to readjust them, because they'll fold the wrong way, fold up and get stuck in between themselves and my labia majora, and sometimes would sort of twist. They cause quite a bit of discomfort even after I adjust, because it never feels right. I'm only 14 and I really don't know what to do about it. I doubt that I could get a reduction, as I am too ashamed to ask my parents about it. That and I don't think the doctors would give me an "okay" to have it done, would they? I just get irritated with it. How would I even come about asking a doctor for this?

Labia Minora Problems
The first thing you may need to check is whether you are wearing underwear that is too tight. Unfortunately the underwear that gets marketed to teens is usually very tight.
An option you may want to consider is to wear long skirts with an underskirt underneath and no panties. That way things don't bunch up, and you are properly covered.
I have large labia and they are one of the reasons I generally don't wear underwear or anything tight.
However, if you feel that they are an issue that you would want to fix surgically, speak to your mother, she will understand and help you plan how to deal with it.
At your age, any reputable doctor will not do a labioplasty. You can start doing research on it and start saving money for the surgery if it is something you really want. It is an elective/cosmetic surgery, so most insurances won't cover it.
Are you wearing Tight panties and Tight Leggings?
those would cause them folding and moving and being Irritated by those Rubbing On them.
( much like wearing tight under or pants do the Same for the male penis and scotum)
