I am looking for an elliptical trainer that's low cost and won't take up too much room (I have a very small family room). I am thinking about getting the Proform Razor 400. Does anyone have it and did you find it to be pretty well built?

I don't want anything that'll break in a year's time but at the same time, I'm hardly the hardcore workout type - I just want to use 3-4 times a week for 30-45 mins...
