Whatever network the SIM card is on.. so orange is who you have to ask for the PUK CODE.

If you have an online account, it is there.. If not phone up orange on 150 and they should give it to you!

Puk codes, are unique to every SIM card. Either call orange or visit:http://help.orange.co.uk/orangeuk/support/personal... .. They might not give you the puk code as your not the account holder.

You only get 10 attempts to unlock the SIM card. After that a new sim will be required and orange may charge.

The puk code is a sim code not a phone code.

Hi as you originally got your phone on Vodafone what I would advise is put the vodafone sim in the phone then pop into your local vodafone store & just say that your young relative picked up the phone started playing with it & blocked the phone then Vodafone should give you a puk for the handset ! Right obviously as the phone is originally on Vodafone whatever you do don't tell them you was using a orange sim in the phone because you might find they won't help you as you've broke the terms & conditions set out by Vodafone ... You need to ring a certain number on an other phone and then someone will tell you your PUK code, but you have to know your number otherwise they can't give it to you. (I did the same, so don't worry)

Phone your Service provider and they will gladly give you it :)

Even try online at there site idk if they do online
