It really might not be anything personal. I tend to close my eyes a lot during sex...at least when I am on the bottom. Though I havent put much thought into it before, I think its because I am just so focused on the feeling that I close my eyes and really get into it. I love my gal, and closing my eyes has nothing to do with her. In fact, when I am flyin solo, I often close my eyes as well :) just what I do, I guess.
