I don't know why I'm asking because everyone's pain level is different and everyone's experience is different but I just want to know, ya know?! I have a side labret piercing and now I was thinking of getting a nose piercing ring but I'm a little nervous, not gonna lie. Lol.
I saw some video's of a girl who got her nose pierced and it was bleeding, and I think that might of freaked me out but I'm a little nervous cause the nose is a sensitive spot so I'm a little nervous about getting it but I want it.! Lol. So what are nose piercings really like?! Any advice or tips to help me out?! Thank you!( :

I handle pain pretty well, and I got my nose pierced about a year ago. I have a hoop, not a stud. It didn't hurt too bad. It was more of a shock, and it went by very quickly. My belly button hurt SO much worse. The nose is a soft place, and my piercer said that typically it doesn't hurt people too badly because of how soft it is. I remember even my ear cartilage hurting more than my nose.
Don't worry about it. :) The only weird part is how sore it is for about a day or two, and then it's fine.
Nose hoops tend to heal better than nose studs. They're easier to clean as well.
I've had mine pierced twice so far, in the same place. The first time I had to take it out so it closed up and I had it redone. The initial piercing, for me, didn't hurt, but it did get a little sore and sensitive a few days after. I have a very low pain tolerance and It didn't hurt even near as much as i expected, but of course, everyone is different.
hey dear,
no, a nose piercing does not hurt. it really depends on the person, but in actuality, there is very little pain, even when you have a low pain tolerance. it really is no big deal. you go in, you chose your jewelry, you sit down, have your nose cleaned, it is marked and then pierced. no big deal. a nose piercing the first week is like having a bugger in your nose, and nose being able to get it out. you won't be able to feel it after a few days to a week. it is no hassle to clean, and it looks really pretty on your nose. after a few months, you will be able to change out the jewelry. i recommend getting a stud instead of a loop at first. much easier to take care of. i would say that no matter how afraid you are, get one. there is really no pain, just a pinch, and then it looks pretty:) good luck, and hope i helped!
I didn't even feel mine when I got it done. I freaked myself out before hand too but it was seriously so fast I didn't even know he did it. The healing process is what bothered me the most. The next day or two after it's really sore but it's tolerable.
Obviously you can handle pain if you got your lip done.
But personally I think lip hurts more.
I did my nose myself and later got snake bites.
Nose rings are gay...seriously..dont get it
