It is kind of one of those "if everybody did it..." ideas.
It works out in theory, but that is where it ends.
Although it is not totally without merit, I would add. Agrarianism, resilient communities, and the New Catholic Land Movement, are all hinting at the same sort of methods; withdrawal from the consumerist, debt based economy. Without that consumerist, debt based economy, this state, run by globalist capitalists, would die a hard death, without a shot fired. This is why you see legislative aggression against those people that would "drop out" as it were. Look at the Amish. What if everybody was Amish? How much power would the state have? Very little if any.
Pacifism should not be labeled with Anarchism in anyway. Being essentially peaceful will not really bring attention to your cause, unless violence is being done unto that group, such as the case of the Civil Rights movement. Violence can be used for good, and should be used for good. Anarchism is not about violence, but is about taking away every form of hierarchy that is considered a large threat to multiple groups of peaceful people including those in league with large government corporations. Anarcho pacifism in my opinion like all pacifism is pro fascism. Not fighting leads to submission, and peaceful protesting can be easily ignored and hidden. Even Anarchist capitalists make no sense because they will willingly give up government but will still allow corporations to run their course.

Sounds like an apathetic fairyland, which would depend on a larger state for it's own existence.
