I'd like some healthy recipes that are healthy and quick and easy to make. I'd like it if there was a good amount of vegetables. The problem is I'm pretty picky about my vegetables and I seem to like all the vegetables that are never put together in a meal.
I like:
Beans (refried and lentils are best(lentils are beans right?))
Broccoli
Carrots
Lettuce
Mushroom
Potatoes
Corn
Tomatoes
Spinach
These are OK:
Eggplant
Zucchini
Red Onions
Sweet Potato
Dislike:
Pretty much everythingelse, but especially:
peas
green beans
celery
I used to buy a frozen vegetable mix of corn carrots green beans and peas and it was hell for me to finish it, I hated the green beans and peas. But it was really easy to make and serve with other parts of a meal. I just want something like that frozen mix that I could make really easily, i just don't see any that contain all the vegetables I like because I seem to like a lot of specific ones. Maybe something that would go good with fish or chicken? Or something I could make a nice bulk of and eat throughout the week?

Liver and onions! Quick, cheap meal. You can get a 2 pack of calf liver for only 1.70 You can get white onions 2 for a dollar. Get a couple of cheap seasonings like lemon pepper, salt, pepper and steak seasoning and you have a cheap, fast meal. The meat does not take long to cook, you can even saute it in brown gravy! Oh hell, throw some mushrooms on it too. Mm- now I am hungry!
