We already have an activity center but it was cheap and kind of boring. (it was a baby shower gift) My son likes it okay. But he loves to jump so we want to get him either the rainforest jumperoo or a johnny jump up. I like the johnny jump up because it takes up less space but I think think the jumperoo looks so cool. We might just sell the other activity center. Which one would you prefer. It will be a Christmas present and he will be 6 months. He is very small and just now got big enough to be in the exersaucer.

Rainforest Jumperoo seems so much safer than the Johnny Jump Up. We had the Rainforest Jumperoo at my mother in laws house and my child loved it.
I would totally get the rainforest jumparoo. My baby loved it from ~ 5 months to 13 months. It is a life saver when you need a second to rest. The jumping part can entertain them for 15 minutes or more at a time, bu the music, lights and toys can extend that time even more. You can fold it up, but it is a little tricky sometimes. It is not too heavy, so it can be moved around if you need.
If I were you, I would buy it now and let your baby start using it before Christmas. You will get more use out of it that way.
Good luck!
My baby boy loved the rainforest jumperoo so did my friends baby. My daughter loved the johnny jump up though.
The jumperoo! This is what my son is getting for Christmas. HIs whole room is done in the Fisher Price Rainforest all the stuff is so cute and gets his attention because of the bright green colors!
Well I ride dressage, but I do jump quite a bit more than I used to (once every two weeks more or less). And I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets annoyed by the people who complain how high they're jumping! The highest I've jumped is probably a foot and a half, and I'm quite happy with that considering I ride a fat dressage pony :P A lady at my barn had a similar problem to yours. She rode dressage on her gelding for around 8 years, but decided to try a little jumping after such a long time. She jumped him for ONE ride, and two days later he was dead lame. She couldnt ride him for almost 3 months because of it, the poor horse :/ She now sticks to hunt-seat and dressage, and lots of trail riding :) To be honest, if it weren't for a little jumping now and then I think I'd get pretty bored with dressage. But after 5 years of it I'm still very glad I didn't go straight into jumping! It's made me a much better rider :) Jumping isn't everything! It's sad how many riders think your riding ability is determined by how high you jump. I'm just as happy with cross rails as I would be with 4ft oxers XD Keep up the good work with your little mare, she'll love you all the more for it :P
the jumperoo is on our christmas list. We show my son in the store and he loves the noises it makes. I'm a little concerned about space too, it doesn't fold up or anything.
My 5 month old daughter absolutely loves the johnny jump up!! she will sit in it for hours at a time!
