Seems high, but he's a president during a crisis. He's trying his best to lower the damage. He stayed in war and finish what he said he would do [Although he did say he was going to pull out....].
He's not a lunatic that follow his guts [He actually think...]. He does encourage some unaware people about the environment. He also given science an opportunity to develop.
There some other negative and positive things.
Would I vote for Obama? Only if he will be more liberal than conservative. [In my opinion, he's trying to 'please' the republican]
because of the fact the the only activity that the President is in direct administration of is foreign places coverage, i could say that he has completed a 10. to this point he has eradicated Osama, Qaddafi, and al Awlaki, surged troops in Afghanistan and destroyed the main component to the Afghani Insurgency, set dates for the withdrawal of troops in Iraq and Afghanistan that artwork, or perhaps sent militia advisers to Uganda to help stabilize their united states of america and get rid of the cultish and benign Lords Resistance military. The companion and toddlers issues we've right this moment are created basically out of social gathering propaganda, loss of unity in Congress, and a recession that has come from undesirable investment, loss of religion interior the economic gadget, and the fall of the ecu Union.
6 given the state in which he came into office I would say that nothing over here domestically. but him just being our president is a great accomplishment and shows how virtuous America is to other countries
Congress? The buck stops here, said Truman. The president has incredibly political sway. The idea he's a victim is frackin stupid (can't swear...haha).
I'd give him 3. I say that, because he's remained relatively calm and I think that's admirable in a leader. I don't think McCain would have been that calm or higher in my rating,...which is the reason I didn't vote. But I'll vote for anyone but Obama this time around, because I think Obama is an incompetent leader.
10 being the best, here are the presidents of my lifetime
Obama = 7 (healthcare reform & security)
Bush jr. = 2 (deregulation)
Clinton = 9 (controlling the budget)
Bush = 5 (eh...right in the middle)
Reagan = 1 (deregulation AND defunding)
Carter = 3 (uninspired)
Ford = 4 (set the stage... but mostly in the middle)
Nixon = 4 (disgraced himself ... but you should note still better that bush jr. or reagan)
If 1 is the lowest, he's a 1! Sure congress is to blame but Barry signed the damn bills so it's his fault!
The following is a good guideline for who is who here.
Communist ratings 10
Socialist ratings 8
Moderate ratings 5
Republican ratings 3
Conservative ratings 1
10 obama
Zero gop

10. I didn't vote for him to get everything I would like to see, because reasonable adults know you can't always have your way 100%, and when you live in society, compromise is a must.
He has not led like the typical president. He is thoughtful and deliberate with his actions. It is great having a President who thinks before he acts.
