Raw bench means non-shirted. Powerlifters use bench shirts and they increase the weight they can lift. Raw means they are not using any equipment but their own body to move the weight.
The dumbbells are more difficult since you have to try to balance and control each weight in each hand. You can also do flyes, and standing dumbell cross-overs. Flyes you'll likely need to reduce the weight on the dumbbells. You do those with the elbow almost straight, arm out to the side, try to swing the weight from out to the side to overhead. Do them slow up, slower down. Exhale up, inhale down.
They're just being retarded, trying to catch your attention. The only difference in bench is between the standard, back on the bench feet on the ground and what some people call "true bench" where you put your feet at the end of the bench, off of the ground. You use your back a lot more in true bench, than the regular style where you use your quads.

Shirted does not mean a t shirt, but a specially made powerlifting shirt that gives support and contributes to being able to lift heavier
