Should athletes always stay away from high calorie food products such as snacks and fast food? If not, then how often is it considered OK to indulge yourself with these kind of food?
I play volleyball and have played for many years, and I had to give up fast food and go on healthy diets. Eating the right stuff will benefit you, and your health! It's ok to have a little bit, but I would say give up stuff like soda.
I always stay away from the fast foods but that is more because I find them disgusting when I'm at home I will just keep on eating none stop because of all the exercise I've done and I won't think about the health I'll just eat why I can get my hands on plus I burn it all of with my minimum amount of 10 hours exercise a week
