I or the previous owner do not know the pin or answer to secret question. ive been calling customer service for 3 days now during their business hour of 6.00AM- 7.00PM and i always get the message machine.i have the inquiry number which is as followed : 1394067.If anyone can get the master code i will be forever grateful
