Low Power Supply... I got a 650 Watt power supply antec earthwatt for about 80 dollars. But i mean $50 dollars is nothin special..Can't Do much..
I had the X1950 Pro rather than the 1650..it was decent.

oooh, 250W is too low, for pretty much any video card. You have too upgrade that, then I recommend a Radeon X1650.
