Rental Application Question?
If my fiance and I are applying for a rental condo and he puts me down as a dependent because I have not so great credit, will they have to run my credit against his? He will be paying all of the rent every month and I pick up with grocery bill...So my question is, will the application be affected?

As an adult you are not dependents, you are not his child.
Most will require a credit check.
Depends upon the landlord. Some will allow you to an occupant only and others insist on running your credit and having you a leaseholder if you are over the age of 18.
