Is there any way I can rescind My DIEP contract. I have already deployed and almost honored 3/4 of my original contract. In bad judgement I extended for an additional 10 months, my marriage is suffering , my moral is lower then whale ****, and I recently relinquished my position in my squad. Things are not good and i want to get on with my life and focus on my family. Can anyone help me?

D. HRC (AHRC-EPF-R) WILL PROVIDE DFAS A MONTHLY ROSTER OF SOLDIERS WHO HAVE EXTENDED FOR THE DEIP, THE TIER LEVEL ($500 OR $350) THEY ARE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE AND THE MONTH(S) IN WHICH PAYMENT(S) WILL BE EXECUTED. ADDITIONALLY, HRC IS THE APPROVAL AUTHORITY FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS OF DEIP EXTENSIONS.
You need to be talking to your Career counselor as they are the ones that can help you direct your request to HRC to drop you from DIEP. Don't get your hopes up though as the DIEP is more of a program of voluntary extensions with additional pay attached. You might as well be trying to ETS early on an enlistment contract but....never hurts to put in a request and ask, the worst they can say is No. Even for a early ETS request based on hardship you don't have anything solid to back that up if you request that. As far as the Army is concerned everyone has problems but yours are just not severe to the point they would consider letting you go but on the flip side, they are looking at downsizing so you never know..put together that 4187 and see what happens.
