Almost any pump designed for road tires can get up to the pressure you want if, and only if you are strong enough to pump them that high. The other thing about compact pumps is that they don't pump much air with each stroke so it takes a lot of pumping to get your tires to that pressure. That is why I always carry a full size frame pump. It is bigger and heavier than a compact, but it gets the job done a lot faster. When I ride with my friends and someone has a flat the first question that is asked is " Who has a REAL pump?"
I have a Hurricane HPV frame mounted pump that works great. I bought it for my MTB several years ago, but use it on my roadie as well. It has a high volume mode that pumps lots of air to get it started. After you reach about 40 PSI, you lock part of the barrel and it becomes a high pressure pump. I have managed to get my tire to over 100 PSI in about 75 strokes. In HP, it is easy to pump.
I use a cheap Schwinn pump but it's good enough to get me home. Topeak makes a nice road pump that is designed to be placed on the ground so you can use your body weight. 120 psi is hard to get on a normal floor pump unless you get one rated for 160 psi or more.
