How far have you gone, or how far are you willing to go? That would have helped, but too late now.
Make him dinner, wear something revealing, and then skip dinner anyways and go make out. When dinner gets cold, order take-out.
Watch a crappy movie and just kiss and cuddle the whole time.

Write him a series of little, sweet notes (random thoughts, silly things about you, romantic stuff, etc) and hide them in his things whenever you get the chance throughout the weekend. In his wallet, the pockets of his pants, his backpack or duffel or book or w/e.
Record yourself talking about your life for a while, calmly and comfortingly, and hide the file on his mp3 player or phone, entitled "I love you."
Surprise him with ice cream in the middle of the night when he is least expecting it, then crawl into bed with him and fall asleep together.
Make him some random drawing or sketch, and hide it in his things for him to find later.
Give him a massage (with oil), lasting no less than 30 minutes, and do not expect anything in return.
Jump on him from behind randomly sometime, and lightly kiss his neck. Then whisper "your *** is kinda nice" or some other random, out there statement. Or you could just say "I love you..." Nothing wrong with that either.
Grab him randomly when he is doing other things, throw him up against the wall, and press yourself up against him as you kiss him wildly. Do not let him take control. (try it once, see how he responds. My guess is, well)
There are plenty of other ideas you could come up with on your own! Try some of these out, or don't, either is fine!
