The teen club is ok...it's not anything great. It depends though, the older teens usually just go out as a group. I remember we all got bored and decided to find out how many people can fit in one of the bathrooms. The Younger Teen disco thing, is basically like a middle school dance, there is awkwardness for a while because no one knows eachother. From what I remember they played a wide variety of music so there will be some good and some bad music. Have Fun
Unfortunately, "talking to the head person" will get you nowhere. The age restrictions in place on ships are federal regulations not simple club rules. They can not be manipulated. Your age and a few personal information is digitally encoded into your ship card that you use while on-board so even a fake ID wouldn't help. Yes, there is "hooking up", people get together anywhere and everywhere in the world, being on a ship is no different than if you were at school or at a hotel. As far as the best thing to do, it all depends on your personal preference. There are stores you can shop at on the ship or at the ports you visit. You can lounge about at the spa's or you can spend your day taste testing all the food there is. Its all up to you. Have fun and enjoy your time at sea.
