NO, not from Southampton or any other cruise ship departure port. I have been on many cruises including one which left from Dover, England and all of the partying and celebration will be happening on the ship around the pool. The cruise director will be there directing the celebration which will include music and dancing, most likely line dancing. The waiters and waitresses will be about serving drinks (they will NOT be free) and everyone will get into a festive move as the ship departs the port.
