The Freedom of the seas has three itineraries that it alternates between, depending upon the date and time of the year.
1. Port Canaveral, Florida; Labadee, Haiti; Ocho Rios, Jamaica; George Town, Grand Cayman; Port Canaveral, Florida
OR,
2. Port Canaveral, Florida; Cococay, Bahamas; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; Port Canaveral, Florida
OR,
3. Port Canaveral, Florida; Labadee, Haiti; Falmouth, Jamaica; George Town, Grand Cayman; Cozumel, Mexico; Port Canaveral, Florida
HOWEVER, Royal Caribbean has just announced that due to the flu outbreak it will not be making any stops in Mexico (Cozumel) for the time being.
The Adventure of the Seas has its main 7-day itinerary in the Caribbean departing from Puerto Rico and doing the southern Caribbean:
1. San Juan, Puerto Rico
Ports of Call: San Juan, Puerto Rico; Bridgetown, Barbados; Castries, St. Lucia; St. John's, Antigua; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands; San Juan, Puerto Rico
2. It also does 4 and 5 night cruises out of Barcerlona and Malaga, Spain to Barcelona, Spain Provence (Marseilles), France; Ibiza, Spain; Malaga, Spain; Tenerife, Canary Islands; and Funchal (Madeira),Portugal.
If you mean which RC ships go to Jamaica, the Freedom, the Liberty, and the Voyager of the Seas. You can find cruises going where you want by simply going to RC's web site and searching for cruises by ship and departure ports, looking at all/each of the departure ports in Florida (Port Canaveral, Ft Lauderdale, Miami and Tampa) plus Galveston, Texas.
I have been on both , but many more Royal Caribbean ships. Both cruise lines are now owned by the same company now so the services will be similar. The celebrity ship we went on was the Constellation and it was a 14 day cruise our of Dover, England. We thought the service was just a bit better than Royal Caribbean, but not that great a difference. I would go on Celebrity again in a minute but I love Royal Caribbean and have 2 more cruises booked with them now. I think that you will find the newer celebrity ships to be closer to RC and the older smaller ships may not be as good. In sum, I would rate them on par.

They do not always take the same routes. Talk to a travel agent. Their services are free. Or you can get a RC tour book from the company.
Routes change depending on time of year.
