Item FJ*************GB arrived at Yorkshire Distribution Centre on the 2012-01-10 and we are currently processing it.
What does this mean? I suppose it just means Royal Mail have received it and are waiting to do something else?
When will I receive it?
Thanks

Postie here - Depends on service used by the sender,
If it was a Special Delivery you should have had it on either the 10th or 11th depending when they sent it.
If it was a "tracked" item then the latest you should expect it is today. Tracked is a separate service that RM introduced a few years ago and should not be confused with other services that can be tracked online.
The actual status just means that its entered RMs system and is wending its way to you. A distribution centre is where large firms send their items too, from there they are sent to your local Mail Centre and then onto your local Delivery Office.
