I am a Medical Doctor and just got a job offer with the MOH, I got my Visa issued about 2 weeks ago and my agent has been assuring me since that the ticket/flight will be booked by my sponsor/employer i.e MOH(Ministry of Health). I am worried because I dropped my resignation letter immediately the visa came out with the hope that the ticket would be sent to me soon. What do you think? and Is it possible God forbid that an employer would after issuance of visa fail to proceed further with the employment process. Thanks and God bless.

You havent signed a contract as yet... or have you? If not then MoH KSA is not obliged to be binding to the 'contingent offer letter' if they have issued any.
If you are an Indian national you need to get your visa and contract attested at any of the Immigration Offices in your state. If you dont have none of the above or whatever I said then it was a bad decision to resign from your job.
