Series Precalc question.. completely lost!?
Okay I dont even know how to describe this but here it goes...
The question is;
Find the sum of the series shown below;
(weird "E" sign?) above it is a 4, j! (to the right) and J=0 below it...
I have no idea how to do these, if you can picture what I am describing pleaseeeee help me.

That weird E sign is a sigma. It means to sum or add up the following expression, which is j! (j factorial). The j = 0 and 4 mean that you vary the value of j from 0 to 4 as you perform the sum.
So, you are to perform
0! + 1! + 2! + 3! +4! =
1 + 1 + 2 + 6 + 24 =
